Feedback Prize Draw

1. The promoter

1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is Comera Energy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07916982, whose registered office is at Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol BS8 1HP (the “Promoter”).

1.2 By entering the prize draw (the “Draw”), entrants accept these terms and conditions in full. Entries that do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Draw is open to customers of the Promoter who are residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and whose installation/maintenance was completed by the Promoter between 1st January 2024 and 30th September 2026 (the “Qualifying Period”). Each qualifying customer account is eligible for one entry.

2.2 The Draw excludes employees, directors, officers, contractors and agents of the Promoter and of its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Draw or its administration.

2.3 No purchase is necessary. Entry is free and no payment of any kind is required to enter or to claim the Prize. Customers are not required to buy any additional product or service, and nothing beyond the installation / service already completed is required.

2.4 Proof of identity and of eligibility may be requested before the Prize is awarded.

3. Entry

3.1 Entry is automatic. Every qualifying customer is entered into the Draw by the Promoter using the contact details already held on the Promoter’s customer records. No action is required to enter and there is no entry form to complete.

3.2 Entry does not depend on leaving a review, giving feedback or taking any other step. In particular, leaving a review on Google or on any other review platform will neither create an entry nor increase a customer’s chance of winning, and declining to leave a review will not remove or reduce an entry. Any invitation from the Promoter to leave a public review is made separately from the Draw and is entirely voluntary.

3.3 One entry per customer account. Where a single customer account holds more than one qualifying installation, only one entry will be allocated. Where an account is held jointly, the entry is allocated to the named account holder.

3.4 A customer who does not wish to be entered may opt out at any time before the closing date by contacting the Promoter at support@comeragroup.co.uk. Opting out has no effect on any other aspect of the customer’s relationship with the Promoter.

3.5 The Promoter’s customer records as at the closing date are the definitive record of the entries in the Draw.

4. Draw period

4.1 The Draw opens at 00:01 on 30th September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 21st October 2026, a period of three weeks. All times are UK local time.

4.2 Only customers who qualify under paragraph 2.1 by the closing date will be entered.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, and will publish notice of any such change on our website.

5. The prize

5.1 There is one prize available. The prize is four VIP hospitality tickets to a single Forest Green Rovers home league fixture during the 2026/27 season, on Saturday, 31st October 2026 at The New Lawn, Another Way, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire GL6 0FG. The prize includes tickets for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 in one of the home stands — east, north or south. The tickets also include a tour, valued at £50 (the “Prize”). The approximate value of the Prize is £113.00.

5.2 The Prize is as stated, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.

5.3 The Prize covers admission and the hospitality package only. Travel to and from the stadium, parking, accommodation, insurance, merchandise and any spending at the ground beyond the package are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

5.4 The Prize does not include any tax or other liability arising from its acceptance or use. Winners should seek independent advice on any personal tax consequences of receiving the Prize, and any winner who receives the Prize in a business capacity is responsible for ensuring that acceptance is permitted by their employer’s policies.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

6. Conditions applying to the Prize

6.1 The fixture is subject to availability and will be agreed between the winner and the Promoter from those fixtures for which hospitality places can be secured. The winner cannot require a specific fixture or opponent.

6.2 Attendance is subject to the ground regulations, hospitality terms, dress code and admission policies of Forest Green Rovers Football Club in force on the day of the fixture. A winner or guest who is refused entry or ejected for breach of those regulations will not be compensated and will have no further claim under these terms.

6.3 Fixture dates and kick-off times are set by the club and the relevant competition and may change, including at short notice, for broadcast, weather, safety or competition reasons. If the fixture is postponed, abandoned, played behind closed doors or relocated, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to transfer the Prize to the rearranged fixture or to an alternative fixture, but accepts no liability for any resulting inconvenience or cost, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.4 The winner must provide the full name of each attending guest by the date requested by the Promoter so that hospitality accreditation can be issued. Guests must be aged 18 or over unless accompanied by a responsible adult, and the service of alcohol is subject to the club’s licensing conditions and age verification policy.

6.5 The tickets must not be sold, auctioned, offered as a further prize or otherwise transferred for value. The unauthorised sale or disposal of football tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, and any breach of this paragraph will invalidate the Prize.

6.6 The Draw is run solely by the Promoter. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or otherwise associated with Forest Green Rovers Football Club, and the club has no responsibility for the conduct of the Draw or for these terms.

7. Selection of the winner

7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in the Draw as at the closing date.

7.2 The draw will take place within five working days of the closing date, using random selection software.

7.3 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. Notification and claiming the Prize

8.1 The winner will be notified by email to the address held on the Promoter’s customer records within seven working days of the draw taking place, and in any event within 30 days of the closing date.

8.2 The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide any delivery details requested within 7 days of the date of the notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

8.3 The Prize will be issued within 7 days of the winner confirming acceptance and providing the details required.

9. Publication of the winner

9.1 The Promoter will make the surname and county of residence of the winner available on request for two months after the draw date. Requests should be sent to support@comeragroup.co.uk with the reference “Feedback Prize Draw — Winner Request”.

9.2 By entering, entrants acknowledge that if they win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed as set out in clause 9.1. No other personal information will be disclosed, and the Promoter will not publish the winner’s full name, photograph or any other identifying details without their prior written consent.

9.3 Entrants may object to the disclosure of their details under clause 9.1 by emailing support@comeragroup.co.uk before the closing date. If a winner objects, the Promoter will not disclose their details publicly. The Promoter may still provide the winner’s details, and any information relating to the conduct of the draw, to the Advertising Standards Authority or any other regulatory body where legally required or reasonably requested.

9.4 The Promoter will keep records of all eligible entries, the method of selection and the draw result for a minimum of 12 months after the draw date, so it can verify that the prize was validly awarded.

9.5 All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Reviews and feedback

10.1 Any review or feedback a customer chooses to give is voluntary and is not a condition of entry, of winning, or of any other benefit. It is given independently of the Draw.

10.2 The Promoter will not offer, promise or give any customer a benefit in return for leaving a review, and will not ask any customer to leave a review that does not reflect their genuine experience.

10.3 The Promoter will not suppress, filter, edit or seek the removal of a review or item of feedback because it is critical, and will not select which customers are invited to review on the basis of how satisfied they are believed to be.

10.4 Feedback given directly to the Promoter may be used internally to review and improve its services. It may be quoted in anonymised form in the Promoter’s own marketing, but will not be published in attributed form, and will not be submitted or republished to any third-party review platform, without the customer’s separate express consent.

11. Data protection

11.1 The Promoter is the data controller for personal data submitted in connection with the Draw. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy & Cookie Policy.

11.2 Personal data already held on the Promoter’s customer records will be used to identify qualifying customers, to administer the Draw, to select and notify the winner and to deliver the Prize. The lawful basis for this processing is the legitimate interests of the Promoter in running the Draw and improving its services.

11.3 Entrant data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the customer has separately opted in to receive marketing communications, and will not be sold or shared with third parties other than suppliers engaged to administer the Draw or deliver the Prize.

11.4 Records created specifically for the Draw, including the entry list and the record of the draw itself, will be deleted within 12 months of the closing date, except where the Promoter is required to retain them to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

11.5 Entrants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by contacting privacy@comeragroup.co.uk. Entrants also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

12. Liability

12.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12.2 Subject to paragraph 12.1, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in the Draw or from the acceptance, use or enjoyment of the Prize.

12.3 Where the Prize is supplied by a third party, the Promoter gives no warranty as to the quality or fitness for purpose of the Prize, and any statutory rights the winner has against that supplier are unaffected.

13. General

13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who, in its reasonable opinion, has breached these terms, tampered with the operation of the Draw, or acted in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the Draw.

13.2 This Draw is a free prize draw and is not a lottery or other licensable activity under the Gambling Act 2005. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

13.3 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.4 These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Draw are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
