Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Comera Energy website (the "site"). The site is operated by Comera Power Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07923661), trading as Comera Energy, registered office Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, BS8 1HP.

By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read them together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

These Terms cover your use of the website. They are not terms of engagement — if we go on to design, supply or install a system for you, that work is governed by a separate written agreement — our standard terms and conditions, which are provided with your quotation before you commit — and by the consumer protections that come with our RECC registration.

Using our website

You may use the site for lawful purposes — to learn about what we do, get an estimate and get in touch. You must not:

• use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected infrastructure, or disrupt it (for example by introducing malware or attempting to overload it);
• submit false or misleading information, or use our forms to send spam or unsolicited content;
• copy, extract or re-use content from the site except as permitted below.

Estimates are not quotations

The instant estimate tool, the indicative price ranges, payback periods and any savings or generation figures on this site are illustrative estimates only. They are generated from the few details you enter and from typical installation scenarios, using clearly-stated assumptions about generation, electricity prices and export rates.

They are not an offer, not a survey, and not a guarantee of performance, savings or price. What a system actually costs depends on your roof, its height and access, the hardware specified and any roof or electrical works; what it actually saves depends on your electricity tariff and how much power you use during the day. Actual figures are confirmed by a free survey and set out in a written, itemised quotation.

Case studies show what specific installations achieved. They are the figures estimated for those installations and are not a promise of results at any other property.

Content on this site, including our buyer's guide, is general information about solar, battery storage and EV charging. It is not financial, tax, legal or engineering advice and must not be relied on as such.
